This Employer Services Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the general terms under which Parero Tech Hub provides recruitment and talent-related services to employers. This summary is intended for informational purposes and may be supplemented or replaced by a formal written contract agreed upon by both parties.

Parties

This Agreement is entered into between:

Parero Tech Hub

(“Service Provider”)

and

The Employer / Client

(“Client”)

Together referred to as “the Parties.”

Scope of Services

Parero Tech Hub provides workforce and talent solutions designed to support employer hiring and delivery needs. Services may include:

  • AI-powered recruitment and talent matching
  • Talent sourcing, screening, and candidate shortlisting
  • Support for single-role or multi-role hiring
  • Optional outsourcing, staff augmentation, or managed team services

The specific scope, duration, and deliverables will be defined and agreed upon prior to service commencement.

Employer Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely role requirements and hiring criteria
  • Conduct final interviews, hiring decisions, and employment offers
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment, labor, and regulatory laws
  • Communicate feedback and decisions within reasonable timelines

Parero Tech Hub does not act as the employer of record unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Fees and Payments

  • Fees may be structured as subscription-based, per-hire, project-based, or custom pricing models
  • All fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms will be agreed upon in advance of service delivery
  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms and timelines

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in service suspension.

Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement, including:

  • Candidate information and personal data
  • Business, technical, and operational information
  • Pricing, strategies, and proprietary processes

Confidential information shall be used solely for the purpose of delivering services under this Agreement.

Data Protection

Each Party agrees to handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Candidate data shared with the Client must be used only for legitimate hiring purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parero Tech Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or opportunities.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice, subject to:

  • Completion of any outstanding obligations
  • Payment of fees due for services already rendered
  • Compliance with any agreed notice period, where applicable

Termination does not affect obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

General Provisions

  • This summary does not constitute a full legal contract unless expressly stated
  • Parero Tech Hub reserves the right to update service offerings and operational processes
  • Any formal agreement executed between the Parties will supersede this summary
