Ibrahim Ambari joined Parero Tech Hub as co-founder and CEO, bringing over nine years of enterprise-level technical experience in the United States across healthcare, finance, and insurance sectors. His background as a Senior Database Administrator and Cloud Architect includes building and managing secure, high-availability systems for organizations such as Cigna and Capital One.
Ibrahim’s expertise in cloud infrastructure, database engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture strengthened Parero’s technical foundation and enabled the vision to be executed at production scale. His certifications—including AWS Solutions Architect (Associate & Professional), Oracle Certified Professional, Security+, OCI, and CISA—reflect a strong focus on security, reliability, and real-world system design.
As CEO, Ibrahim leads platform execution, technical standards, infrastructure, and long-term innovation, ensuring that Parero’s training and AI systems mirror the environments learners will encounter in modern technology roles.

Vision, Technology Strategy & Platform Architecture
Lilian Nabora Mwasha is the originator of the Parero Tech Hub vision and a co-founder of the organization. With over 20 years of experience across Africa and Europe, she brings deep expertise in information technology, governance, institutional systems, communications, and program operations.
Her academic background in Information Technology, Professional Enterprising Communication, and Governance & Development Policy enabled her to design Parero Tech Hub not merely as a training institution, but as a technology-enabled career platform. Lilian conceptualized the technology strategy and AI-powered learning and job-matching architecture, ensuring that Parero would deliver personalized learning paths, skills-to-jobs alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Prior to Parero, Lilian served in senior operational roles within international institutions, including diplomatic missions in Europe, where she managed finance coordination, procurement, compliance, and cross-border communications. She also founded Lilian Nabora Creative Media in Belgium and co-founded Faru Arts and Sports Development Organization (FASDO) in Tanzania—initiatives focused on youth empowerment and skills development.
As COO, Lilian leads organizational strategy, operations, partnerships, program quality, and impact delivery, ensuring Parero Tech Hub operates with professional rigor, inclusivity, and scalability.

Debade Ali-Van de Steene is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Parero Tech Hub, bringing over 20 years of international experience in enterprise technology delivery, cloud platforms, agile transformation, and large-scale digital infrastructure across Europe and global markets.
Debade is a seasoned technology leader, program and delivery manager, with deep expertise in end-to-end software and service delivery—from strategy and roadmap definition to execution, governance, and continuous improvement. His career spans multiple industries including energy, finance, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and public services, working with complex, mission-critical systems.
Academically, Debade holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, complemented by professional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL 4 Foundation, and ongoing CompTIA Security+ training. This combination gives him a strong balance of engineering depth, operational discipline, and modern agile leadership.
Prior to joining Parero Tech Hub, Debade held senior roles at leading organizations such as BNP Paribas Fortis, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Wolters Kluwer, Touring, 50Hertz (Elia Group) and multiple global consulting engagements. His work has included:

His leadership ensures that Parero’s technology platforms meet enterprise-grade quality while remaining accessible and adaptable for learners and partners.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with working knowledge of Spanish, Debade brings strong cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative leadership style that supports both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Anita Maira Chilunda is the Operations & Administration Manager at Parero Tech Hub, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in operations management, administration, governance, and institutional support across international development programs, banking, and enterprise environments.
Anita is a seasoned operations professional and change agent, with a strong background in community development, organizational systems, and people-centered administration. She has demonstrated exceptional ability to oversee complex administrative functions, mentor teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in large, donor-funded and compliance-driven organizations.
Prior to joining Parero Tech Hub, Anita served for more than a decade at ICAP at Columbia University – Tanzania, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles including Office Manager, Administrative Manager, and Operations Manager. In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing office operations across multiple locations, managing leases and facilities, coordinating travel and logistics, supervising fleet and fuel management, organizing large-scale events, and ensuring compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.

Earlier in her career, Anita played a key role at Childreach International – Tanzania, where she successfully helped establish the country office from scratch, recruited and supervised staff, and coordinated community-driven school improvement projects funded by international donors. She also worked with Vision in Action – Tanzania, supporting international volunteers, managing logistics, and coordinating research and field attachments.
Anita holds an Advanced Diploma in Management of Community Development Programs from the Community Development Training Institute (CDTI), Arusha, and has completed professional training in leadership, management, project planning, effective communication, and workplace ethics. She is also computer-literate, with practical skills in administrative systems, reporting, and virtual facilitation tools.
At Parero Tech Hub, Anita leads operations, administration, logistics, and institutional support systems, ensuring that training programs, staff, trainers, and learners are supported by efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated operational processes. Jennifer Nabora Hillal is the Training & Academic Support Manager at Parero Tech Hub, bringing over 30 years of experience in training, academic support, governance, risk management, and technology-enabled operations across the banking, financial services, and technology sectors.
Jennifer’s career uniquely bridges technical expertise, academic coordination, and institutional leadership. She holds a Diploma in Computer Science Technology from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, Canada, with strong foundations in systems analysis, programming (C, COBOL, FORTRAN, C++), databases, operating systems, data communications, and microprocessor hardware. This early technical background enables her to effectively support modern ICT training programs with a deep understanding of how technology is taught and applied.
In addition to her technical training, Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Finance and Trade (IIFT). She has also completed advanced leadership and governance programs, including the Senior Leadership Programme at Standard Bank of South Africa and the Certificate in Directorship (CiDir) from the Institute of Directors Tanzania. These qualifications strengthen her ability to align academic programs with organizational strategy, governance standards, and quality assurance.
Professionally, Jennifer has held numerous senior leadership roles within the financial sector, including Head of Governance, Head of Non-Financial Risk Enablement, Head of Channels, Head of Branch Operations Control, and Regional Manager. Throughout these roles, she led training programs, process development, user coaching, change management, and organizational readiness initiatives, particularly during large-scale system transformations such as core banking system implementations.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked extensively as an IT Technical Officer and Branch Systems Trainer, where she trained bank staff on enterprise banking systems, supported system migrations, and developed user training materials. This hands-on training experience remains central to her approach at Parero Tech Hub.
At Parero Tech Hub, Jennifer oversees training coordination, academic support systems, learner progression, trainer support, and quality assurance. She ensures that curricula are delivered effectively, trainers are well-supported, learners receive the guidance they need, and academic programs meet both industry relevance and institutional standards. Her role is critical in maintaining consistency, learner success, and continuous improvement across all training programs.

Abdulrahman Jafari is an Embedded Systems Engineer and Lead Trainer at Parero Tech Hub, specializing in embedded hardware design, firmware development, and IoT systems. He brings strong hands-on expertise in designing and programming embedded systems using ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers (STM32), with a passion for applying electronics engineering to real-world challenges.
Abdulrahman is a graduate of Electronics Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), where he developed a solid foundation in embedded systems design, electronics, and computational mathematics. His academic and practical work reflects a strong commitment to innovation, precision, and applied engineering.
Professionally, Abdulrahman has worked at the UDSM Robotics 3D Lab (CoICT), where he contributed to the design and development of advanced embedded hardware solutions. His work includes the design of a compact animal tracking tag integrating multiple sensors and LoRa communication for data transmission, as well as a receiver device that collects transmitted data and outputs it via USB for further processing. These projects demonstrate his ability to design end-to-end embedded systems—from hardware architecture to data output interfaces.
In addition to professional lab work, Abdulrahman is currently co-developing “Soil Measure”, a handheld embedded device that reads soil sensor data and transmits it to the cloud via a cellular interface. The system includes a display and keypad and is designed for practical field use, with Abdulrahman contributing to both hardware and firmware development. This project reflects his strong interest in IoT, environmental sensing, and cloud-connected embedded solutions.

Kelvin Moshi is an Embedded Systems Engineer and Trainer at Parero Tech Hub, with a strong focus on IoT systems, distributed architectures, and the integration of hardware and software for automation. He brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to training, helping learners understand how real devices communicate, authenticate, and operate at scale.
Kelvin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), where he has developed solid technical foundations in electronics, embedded systems, and computational problem-solving. His academic excellence is reflected in his early recognition as Best Mathematics Student during secondary education.
Professionally, Kelvin has hands-on experience from the UDSM Electronic Hub (CoICT), where he worked on IoT system design projects. One of his notable contributions was the development of a fingerprint-based identification system designed to manage and authenticate workers—including pensioners—through a centrally hosted server system. This project emphasized secure authentication, authorization, and distributed system design, aligning closely with real-world enterprise IoT use cases.
Kelvin has strong skills in Java programming and Spring Boot application development, which he uses to bridge embedded devices with backend systems. His work demonstrates how embedded systems, servers, and APIs interact to enable remote device management and automation.
